Log in to your account and select the items you'd like to return from your order history.

Pack & Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, pack items securely, and drop off at any carrier location.
Step 3
Get Your Refund
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Items should be in original packaging when possible
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased at 50% off or more, intimates, and swimwear.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Select "Exchange" when starting your return and choose your preferred option. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return, and if there's a price difference, we'll handle the adjustment automatically.
